I love my daddy and the grass

I LOVE my daddy so much! I love hanging out with my mom all day, but when my dad comes home I am all giggles! He is such a funny guy:) Here we are reading a book together.

Today we went out for lunch with Aunt Stephanie and later mom and I played outside in the grass. I LOVE the grass and couldn't stop touching it!

Irish Jig 5K Race

So this was a couple weeks back, I just found the pictures on our camera. Christopher ran in his first 5k, The Irish Jig, in East Grand Rapids. He ran this race with one of his best friends, Josh. This is a new thing for him and he plans on running in more races this summer. I am proud of him and hope that maybe one day I can join him...oh who am I kidding, I am no runner but I could always do the walk!

The Zoo

This past Sunday we took Bradley to the zoo for the first time. For the most part he had no idea what was going on, but he enjoyed being in a new place with all sorts of things and people to look at. Most of the animals were taking a nap when we went through, but as you can tell by the pictures he loved the turkey and the penguins! We had a great afternoon as a family and can't wait to do it again when he's a little older.

What's new with you...

*you love to suck on your hands, and hate giving them up even for a second to get dressed:)

*You just learned to make a new noise with your mouth (when your lips vibrate together)

* You are a huge mama's boy (which I love, other people not so much as he won't often let others hold him...but I'll take it while I can get it:)

*During tummy time you are starting to pull your legs up like your getting ready to crawl

*You love the outdoors and ripping out the grass

*Your getting better at sitting in your bumba, but can't sit up on your own yet

*You just tried pears for the first time and loved them

*You went to church nursery for the first time last week but only made it 30 minutes before wanting your mommy:)

*You smile, laugh and babble all the time

*You continue to bring us so much happiness and joy! We love you!
